I bought my first Suzuki in 2003, it was a 2003 Aerio SX. The vehicle went 6 years without any mechanical problems. When the starter went in 2009, I looked at a brand new Grand Vitara and bought it (trading theSX in). My middle son (Jeremy) owns a 2008 SX4 Sedan. Eight months after purchasing the Grand Vitara I received an e-mail showing a new car called Kizashi coming in late December. The car looked absolutely phenomenal, I researched all there was available to see and read about the car. I watched a few video's and thought smooth, classy, sporty and sexy, I want that car. When they were available at Advantage Suzuki my oldest son Josh, his wife Jamie, my wife and I went to check out and test drive the Kizashi. My son wanted one, but was fresh in a lease and the sales manager advised him against it (very respectful). Not to mention...Advantage was closed and they stayed open just for us so we could test drive it. Well I purchased two 2010 Kisashi's one for my wife and one for me. My wife and I love our cars. I received mine first, about two hours before my wife. I told Joe, the sales manager my plans to put flowers in the car. I went to get the flowers and when I came back they had pulled her car into the showroom, covered it in balloons and a giant red bow. After my wife signed her papers they asked her if she was ready to see her car and led her to the car on the showroom floor without her even realizing it was hers. Once she realized that was her car she had tears in her eyes!

At Advantage Suzuki sales are important but they are not #1. The Customers are #1. Everyone is treated like a person, not a sale. In my experience with Advantage Suzuki, the personalism is a close to friends as you can get and professionalism is above average. In my opinion, this is what separates Advantage Suzuki Above any other dealership that I have dealt with. I just want to thank Everyone at Advantage Suzuki for going above and beyond!

Amy purchased a New Suzuki SX4 Crossover AWD

Dear Suzuki Auto!

I recently had the pleasure to work with the Team at Advantage Suzuki in Albany, NY.  I know that people are usually wary of car salesman, and I was as well.  As a woman it can be a scary experience to buy a car. This was not the case at Advantage Suzuki.   This dealership dispelled those preconceived perceptions and I have to tell you that I am delighted with their service.

The Dealership is so professional, so nice, and so informed about their product.  When I asked via email if something was available, their internet manager,BoB Sinamon-Andreas,  immediately wrote me back.  Then he followed up with a phone call.  When I drove up there, he spoke to me and told me which cars were available.

Then Matt Deyoe, took me on a test drive. This wasn't your typical around the block test drive.  This drive was designed to get me familiar with the car, and to point out it's advantages and features.

When I returned I met with the manager and the financial service dept.  They were professional and helpful as well.  At no time did I feel pressured. I felt informed.  I decided to buy the car from them.

When I changed my mind at the last moment, ( I switched from the manual transmission on the SX4 AWD to the Automatic), they took it in stride and said it was no problem.. even though I am sure they had to redo the paperwork.  The financial service gentleman worked hard to get me the best rate possible and walked me through the available warranties.  Very very helpful!

Before I drove off in my new car, Bob made sure I understood how every knob, button, and feature in the car worked.  Then he had me drive to the gas station with him, to fill up my car with gas, and to be sure I was comfortable and confident in the car.

I cannot tell you how comfortable and easy they made the car buying experience.  They made me feel confident in my choices, and were really professional and kind.

This is a true team and I cannot say enough kind words about them.  I just want you to know how wonderful the people are at Advantage Suzuki who sell your cars.

                                               Stephanie Sikorski purchased a New XL7 from Advantage Suzuki

  I just wanted to share with you my experience at Advantage Suzuki. I highly recommend it to anyone. During the "cash for clunkers craze" I was running down a deal I had seen in the Sunday paper. Well being a woman on the go I didn't have a lot of time to shop for cars. I gathered some info on the advertised special but that dealership wanted to close up on time so I drove off feeling a little put out. I saw life on the lot at Advantage Suzuki and thought wow they're devoted. as an administrator that speaks to me. but i hadn't road in a Suzuki since i was a youth riding around the country side looking for the perfect swimming hole on a hot summer day! Now I'm all grown up with kids and their friends and low and behold Suzuki is all grown up too!When I laid my eyes on that sleek, black XL7 it spoke to me too. My first encounter with a salesman was brief but bonding. Bob Andres greeted me and we spoke about what I was for in a vehicle and what my financial comfort zone was. I thought the XL7 was going to be out of the question. Bob assured me that he would do whatever he could to make the XL7 affordable for me. It was late so I told him I would think about it. He assured me he would be accessible to help me, he gave me his card and I was off. The next day again i was intent on cashing out my "Clunker". I visited a few other dealerships only to be treated like a mere bargain hunter. I stopped back to see Bob and the XL7 once more. I met the manager Joe Barracat, who was happy to show me the car while Bob was helping out another customer. Bob and I met up and started the sale. the man is so accommodating. He gave me all the information I requested to help me make a clear decision. He never made me feel like it was a bother. After a few days I called Bob and told him I was not going to buy the XL7. He was disappointed but assured me he would be here to help if he could be of any additional help. As things go, after all the math was done for just about a thousand dollars I could do the financing on the XL7. I unexpectedly returned to Advantage Suzuki. The Sales Manager had remembered my name and helped me find Bob. I was so surprised by this level of genuine customer service it just made me feel so much more certain that this investment was a good thing all the way around! Bob and Joe put all the paper work in order and through out the package and the XL7 is my grown up ride! Crystal facilitated the closure of the financing . Her expertise and professionalism was truly outstanding. Now my family is enjoying the safe beautiful vehicle. Most of all I feel as the Advantage Suzuki team feels like a part of our family too! Dear Rick and All Advantage Suzuki Staff,

Where do I begin? I can't even thank you enough for all your help with my new car! Even though I won this car, I know you went out of your way to make it a wonderful experience for me! Rick you are definitely a people person and a "gifted" salesman. So few people are in the "right" career for their personality.

Winning this car was one of the most thrilling moments of my life whole life!! I think it's wonderful that this dealership can go out of their way to create this fantastic memory in someone's life. Not to mention you do it often! I'm not the only one!

I just love this Suzuki Aerio! It hugs the turns an gets great gas mileage! What a stereo system! Wow! That is only on day of driving too!

To Whom it may concern:

I have completed and returned the Suzuki Satisfaction Survey that I received in the mail. The survey helped remind me of something that I've been meaning to do for some time. I want to express my thanks to all concerned with the way in which I was treated by Advantage Suzuki.

Back in December, the engine on my 2002 Aerio simply "seized up" while picking my children up at day care. Needless to say this could have turned into a major calamity for our family; especially in light of the fact that the Aerio had just passed the 30,000 mile warranty point with 30,800.

Advantage Suzuki not only went out of their way to come and tow the car to Advantage Suzuki in Albany for service, they honored the warranty and repaired the vehicle at no charge to us. I want to extend my gratitude to once more to Advantage Suzuki and the entire staff and Suzuki itself.

Dear Rick, Dave, and All Advantage Suzuki Staff,

Thanks so much for making my first new car purchase a really exciting time in my life! I have to say, I was a bit nervous and Rick assured me that everything would go smoothly. I must say, it really did go smooth.

I just love my Suzuki Grand Vitara! Everything about it is exactly what I wanted! The gas mileage is great too, I couldn't be happier! I was looking at all the cars and really liked the Forenza, but when Dave and Rick suggested the Vitara for only pennies more a day, I just couldn't resist! I took it for a test drive and was impressed! I am so happy that I decided to go with the Vitara! I have 3 children and it is perfect for me and my family.

Thanks so much Dave and Rick for introducing me to the Grand Vitara and for making it work for me and my budget.
