Our purchase power went a long way at Advantage. Ken Marks made our new car purchase relaxed with a no pressure next door neighbor personality. His knowledge on the Suzuki cars and options were excellent and he followed up all unanswered questions with supervisions support. "Excellent Experience"
We just picked up our 2010 Suzuki SX4 and couldn't be more pleased. Our Sales Consultant, Terry Halsey, was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely patient while answering our questions! We came away feeling as though we had made a friend. The manager, Dave, was very accommodating and equally as pleasant to work with. The vehicle itself is a great buy for the money, very sporty, great visibility and an overall great ride. We're very happy that we went "kooky for Suzuki".August 31, 2010
"Not just Kooky for suzuki...I'm in Amazement!!"
Well, it's been four weeks since I relinquished the key fob to my 2007 Infiniti G35X and took procession of my phenomenal 2010 Suzuki Kizashi SLS. Four weeks and yet I am still in awe every time I get behind the wheel of this amazing car. Four weeks and I still look for excuses to drive somewhere, anywhere! Today, I allowed the fifth person to drive my Kizashi. The resulting comment was the same as the other four. Within 1 minute I heard "I love this car, I need to get one". That response is a given. One member of my family said the ride puts that of the Inifinti's to shame, on several occasions. Three people have commented on the transmission, "nothing like they have ever experienced before". Two people have said the handling is superb, probably because it is! I can not say enough about my Kizashi! It's amazing, it's phenomenal, it goes beyond words. I have pretty much, all the perks, the bells and whistles, that I had with the Inifiniti, plus more. All at a price tag $15000 less. Yes, $15000! What do you think? Pretty much a no brainer, right? The ride, the handling, the all wheel drive, the 10 speaker Rockford Fosgate radio (that rocks!), the transmission, the comfortable leather seats. The list goes on and on. The Kizashi is unbelievable! To can the advertisement from Left Lane News, "Suzuki engineers simply nailed it" with the Kizashi. I couldn't agree more. If I had to choose one small word to describe the Kizashi, it would be fun. My car is FUN! Way more fun than my Infiniti! It's a blast to drive. All of my friends who have driven it, would agree. And I let everyone drive my Kizashi. I want them to experience the pleasure and fun that I do every day! This whole saga started with a radio commercial aired by Advantage Suzuki in Albany. It was then followed by my first visit to the dealership as well as my first test drive. I had the pleasure of speaking with David, my Sales Consultant, who was more than pleasant and willing to answer all my questions. If he wasn't sure of an answer, I didn't give a stab in the dark answer, he checked and got the right answer. I also got to meet Dave, the sales manager. Talk about a great guy! He's awesome! You know, it was not the stuffed shirt environment that I have experienced at other dealerships. Everybody was laid back. It was a great experience. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the dealership, James. Wow, big shot, arrogant. No, not at all. More like, great to see you, let's get together for a burger some time. I love my Suzuki Kizashi and I love Advantage Suzuki for getting me there. By the way, I've also had two Audi A4's. The Kizashi beats them too, hands down. No contest!!

I went to Advantage Suzuki about two months ago just to get an idea of what I would like to buy as a student going into college. I needed something affordable and reliable. After my visit at Advantage Suzuki, I looked around to find better deals but advantage Suzuki seemed to have the best deals. The staff was very kind and worked with us and gave us the deal we wanted! I am extremely happy with the choice I made, Thanks to the people at Advantage Suzuki!

I bought my first Suzuki in 2003, it was a 2003 Aerio SX. The vehicle went 6 years without any mechanical problems. When the starter went in 2009, I looked at a brand new Grand Vitara and bought it (trading theSX in). My middle son (Jeremy) owns a 2008 SX4 Sedan. Eight months after puchasing the Grand Vitara I received an e-mail showing a new car called Kizashi coming in late December. The car looked absolutely phenomenal, I researched all there was available to see and read about the car. I watched a few video's and thought smooth, classy, sporty and sexy, I want that car. When they were available at Advantage Suzuki my oldest son Josh, his wife Jamie, my wife and I went to check out and test drive the Kizashi. My son wanted one, but was fresh in a lease and the sales manager advised him against it (very respectful). Not to mention...Advantage was closed and they stayed open just for us so we could test drive it. Well I purchased two 2010 Kisashi's one for my wife and one for me. My wife and I love our cars. I received mine first, about two hours before my wife. I told Joe, the sales manager my plans to put flowers in the car. I went to get the flowers and when I came back they had pulled her car into the showroom, covered it in balloons and a giant red bow. After my wife signed her papers they asked her if she was ready to see her car and led her to the car on the showroom floor without her even realizing it was hers. Once she realized that was her car she had tears in her eyes!
At Advantage Suzuki sales are important but they are not #1. The Customers are #1. Everyone is treaded like a person, not a sale. In my experience with Advantage Suzuki, the personalism is a close to friends as you can get and professionalism is above average. In my opinion, this is what seperates Advantage Suzuki Above any other dealership that I have dealt with. I just want to thank Everyone at Advantage Suzuki for going above and beyond!

I recently had the pleasure to work with the Team at Advantage Suzuki in Albany, NY. I know that people are usually wary of car salesman, and I was as well. As a woman it can be a scary experience to buy a car. This was not the case at Advantage Suzuki. This dealership dispelled those preconceived perceptions and I have to tell you that I am delighted with their service.
The Dealership is so professional, so nice, and so informed about their product. When I asked via email if something was available, their internet manager, Bob Sinamon-Andreas, immediately wrote me back. Then he followed up with a phone call. When I drove up there, he spoke to me and told me which cars were available.
He then took me on a test drive. This wasn't your typical around the block test drive. This drive was designed to get me familiar with the car, and to point out it's advantages and features.
When I returned I met with the manager and the financial service dept. They were professional and helpful as well. At no time did I feel pressured. I felt informed. I decided to buy the car from them.
When I changed my mind at the last moment, ( I switched from the manual transmission on the SX4 AWD to the Automatic), they took it in stride and said it was no problem.. even though I am sure they had to redo the paperwork. The financial service gentleman worked hard to get me the best rate possible and walked me through the available warranties. Very very helpful!
Before I drove off in my new car, Bob made sure I understood how every knob, button, and feature in the car worked. Then he had me drive to the gas station with him, to fill up my car with gas, and to be sure I was comfortable and confident in the car.
I cannot tell you how comfortable and easy they made the car buying experience. They made me feel confident in my choices, and were really professional and kind.
This is a true team and I cannot say enough kind words about them. I just want you to know how wonderful the people are at Advantage Suzuki who sell your cars.

I just wanted to share with you my experience at Advantage Suzuki. I highly recommend it to anyone. During the "cash for clunkers craze" I was running down a deal I had seen in the Sunday paper. Well being a woman on the go I didn't have a lot of time to shop for cars. I gathered some info on the advertised special but that dealership wanted to close up on time so I drove off feeling a little put out. I saw life on the lot at Advantage Suzuki and thought wow they're devoted. as an administrator that speaks to me. but i hadn't road in a Suzuki since i was a youth riding around the country side looking for the perfect swimming hole on a hot summer day! Now I'm all grown up with kids and their friends and low and behold Suzuki is all grown up too!When I laid my eyes on that sleek, black XL7 it spoke to me too. My first encounter with a salesman was brief but bonding. Bob Andres greeted me and we spoke about what I was for in a vehicle and what my financial comfort zone was. I thought the XL7 was going to be out of the question. Bob assured me that he would do whatever he could to make the XL7 affordable for me. It was late so I told him I would think about it. He assured me he would be accessible to help me, he gave me his card and I was off. The next day again i was intent on cashing out my "Clunker". I visited a few other dealerships only to be treated like a mere bargain hunter. I stopped back to see Bob and the XL7 once more. I met the manager Joe Barracat, who was happy to show me the car while Bob was helping out another customer. Bob and I met up and started the sale. the man is so accommodating. He gave me all the information I requested to help me make a clear decision. He never made me feel like it was a bother. After a few days I called Bob and told him I was not going to buy the XL7. He was disappointed but assured me he would be here to help if he could be of any additional help. As things go, after all the math was done for just about a thousand dollars I could do the financing on the XL7. I unexpectedly returned to Advantage Suzuki. The Sales Manager had remembered my name and helped me find Bob. I was so surprised by this level of genuine customer service it just made me feel so much more certain that this investment was a good thing all the way around! Bob and Joe put all the paper work in order and through out the package and the XL7 is my grown up ride! Crystal facilitated the closure of the financing . Her expertise and professionalism was truly outstanding. Now my family is enjoying the safe beautiful vehicle. Most of all I feel as the Advantage Suzuki team feels like a part of our family too! I would like to thank your dealership for the friendly service I received from Rick. He introduced me to just about all the staff. I felt comfortable and at ease. I am a Vietnam Marine Veteran and I am 100% Service Connected disability and have many obstacles to overcome everyday of my life. I filled out a contact request on the web and Rick called. He had not only found me a vehicle but insurance also. I haven't driven in over 2 year, relying on family and friends for shopping and travel to the V.A. Hospital for treatments and rehab. I felt lost and unsure of my future. This vehicle means the world to me. I can go to rehab 5 times a week instead of 3 days. I will also be able to see my grandson who lives in Cobleskill now, and visit my mothers Grave on long island.

Back in December, the engine on my 2002 Aerio simply "seized up" while picking my children up at day care. Needless to say this could have turned into a major calamity for our family; especially in light of the fact that the Aerio had just passed the 30,000 mile warranty point with 30,800.
Advantage Suzuki not only went out of their way to come and tow the car to Advantage Suzuki in Albany for service, they honored the warranty and repaired the vehicle at no charge to us.
